Examples of public sites include such as a public library meeting room, a church or ministry provided space, a casual restaurant like Panera Bread or a large diner, etc. This keeps instruction costs as low as possible, and the learning curve as short as is practical, because it is truly one-to-one. In any meeting session, if food or drink is involved, the client is responsible for any cost. If a meeting site is a place that serves food or drink, an appropriate order MUST be placed. No free rides at a place of business. The main issue is to be in a setting that is comfortable for you, and provides an atmosphere where communication can flow freely. Virtual video sessions can be a useful choice, particularly when great distance in location is a factor. When practically possible however, overall, in person meetings are almost aways a more productive format. What is most important is which setting type really works best for you.
For Non-package/membership clients: Round trip travel distance to meet with you is billed at the current federal tax mileage rate. This saves you serious money as you are not billed the hourly rate for travel time as many other professionals do. Remember, my published rates for customized, individual education to you, are significantly less than pretty much anybody providing this type of service. The mileage charge is for cost reimbursement on the transportation, and is a far less cost than loading the overhead of a day office location to meet, into the hourly rate. These real life savings are significant. Shop any type of financial professional pricing and you will quickly find that this is not even the slightest exaggeration.
